Men’s Support Group

Martin's Man Cave is an informal peer support group for men (16+)*. This runs every Sunday from 2pm until 4pm at 57 New Chester Road, New Ferry, Birkenhead, Wirral, CH62 1AB.

Activities Include:

  • Mental Health Workshops

  • Walking Groups

  • Crazy Golf

  • Yoga

  • Meditation

  • Breathwork

  • Fitness Sessions

  • Pool

  • Darts

  • Narrowboat Trips

  • Bike Rides

*please note that all groups and activities are for clients who have already been seen by a Suicide Intervention Worker and cannot be accessed by the general public on a walk in basis.
